Art Psychotherapy

Art psychotherapy is available for individuals of all ages and abilities. No prior art experience is necessary, and there’s no 'right' or 'wrong' way to express yourself. Together, we will explore and understand emotions and experiences that may feel too overwhelming to discuss, as you engage with different creative materials and take charge of your personal healing journey.

Counselling

If art therapy isn't your thing, I also offer one-on-one counselling sessions, either in person or via Telehealth. In these sessions, we can explore how your family, community, and relationships shape your well-being. My approach is strengths-based rather than diagnosis-focused, with the goal of empowering you to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Art therapy groups and workshops

If you're interested in art therapy and want to explore it in a group setting, I facilitate a variety of art therapy groups and workshops open to the community. These spaces provide an opportunity to connect with others, experiment with art-making, and gain a deeper understanding of how art therapy can support community and overall well-being.
